National NeighborWoods Month™ is an annual October celebration to draw attention to the value of trees in our communities. 50 cities around the U.S. and Canada host events to engage people in the appreciation, care, and planting of trees in their communities. The planning tools we created— from press release templates to signage, door hangers, and activity cards — helped to maximize volunteer participation and media attention.
